Remedy are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. This role will involve outreach working, on a 1:1 basis with children with various special needs, communication, speech and language difficulties.
Responsibilities:
- to assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for children with speech, language, and communication needs
- to deliver therapy sessions to improve communication skills
- to provide advice and support to families, carers, and other professionals
- to contribute to the development of service improvements
- to maintain accurate records of children's progress
Requirements:
- Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (Degree in SLT, HCPC registration).
- Experience working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
