Commercial Maintenance Electrician – London

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Maintenance Electrician to work across commercial buildings throughout London on a temp-to-perm basis.

This role is ideal for an experienced Maintenance Electrician, Commercial Electrician, or Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for long-term work with a leading building services contractor.

Commercial Maintenance Electrician Responsibilities

• Planned electrical maintenance
• Reactive electrical maintenance
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• Commercial electrical installations
• Lighting installations and upgrades
• Power installations
• Three-phase electrical works
• EICR remedial works
• Emergency electrical repairs
• Surveying and reporting additional works
• Managing work orders through CAFM systems

Commercial Electrician Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• IPAF Licence
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Commercial maintenance experience
• Electrical fault-finding experience
• Experience working on commercial electrical systems

Desirable Qualifications

• Testing & Inspection (2391)
• ECS Card
