A financial services provider based in the heart of Manchester City Centre are looking for a confident, customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join their growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone with financial services experience, who thrives on helping customers, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high‑quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Managing product enquiries via telephone and email
  • Handling new account enquiries and providing clear product information to potential customers
  • Supporting customer retention and discussing reinvestment options
  • Processing new applications, transfers (in/out) and account servicing requests
  • Handling withdrawals, payments and customer transactions
  • Calculating and administering claims
  • Maintaining accurate, compliant customer records
  • Providing clear, professional guidance to customers on their accounts

Desirables

  • Proven 2 years customer service experience, ideally within financial services
  • An understanding of ISA products and/or savings accounts will prove a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A calm, patient and team approach
  • Someone proactive, reliable and genuinely passionate about helping customers
